For the first 5 years of the annual "Wheels of Love" bike ride fund raiser on behalf of the Alyn Pediatric Hospital and Rehabilitation Center For Physically Handicapped Children in Jerusalem, ISI's operational arm Shovalim was responsible for all logistics.  ISI-Shovalim, with its expertise in overnight accommodations, meals and catering arrangements, equipment supply, and transportation, ran all of the operations of the ride.

In 2004, as the ride grew to 250 riders and 40 volunteers, the ISI-Shovalim staff rose to the occasion, operating on- and off-road routes that provided a wonderful and memorable experience for the riders who grossed nearly $1.4 million for the hospital.  ISI was an integral part of the ride's organization process, working with the hospital's Organizing Committee in program and budget planning, coordinating myriad preparations, and delivering the services required to make the ride run smoothly and enjoyably for all riders and volunteers.
